Personal data policy

This document explains what we learn about you through the site, why we need it, how long we keep it and how to have it removed. Revision of 2026-08-11. The Russian version is the authoritative one.

Who processes the data

The data controller is Индивидуальный предприниматель Добродей Дмитрий Евгеньевич. Website: https://divinetravels.ru.

To ask anything about your data, request a copy or have it deleted, write to Telegram @dmitrii_dobrodei. We reply within 30 days as the law requires, usually the same day.

What we receive

Only what you type into the request form: your name and a way to reach you — phone, messenger handle or email. Plus, if you fill them in, approximate travel dates, a comfortable budget and a comment.

We also store which page the request came from and which language version you used, so we can answer in a language you understand.

We do not collect passport details, payment information or special categories of data through the site. If document details are needed to arrange a trip, we ask for them separately and explain why.

Why we process it

For one purpose only: to answer your request — prepare a quote, discuss the details and, if you decide to travel, arrange the trip.

We do not use your data for mailings, do not pass it to advertising networks and do not sell it.

On what legal basis

Processing is based on your consent, given by ticking the box before you submit the form.

You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to us. We then stop processing and delete the data, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Who else sees it

Within the company, only the founders have access. One of them lives in Sri Lanka and arranges the trips on the ground, which means your data crosses the border into the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. By submitting the form you agree to that transfer.

If you decide to travel, the minimum necessary details (name and dates) go to hotels and carriers to make the bookings. We always tell you beforehand.

Notifications about new requests reach us via Telegram, so a message with your name and contact passes through Telegram servers — just as it would if you messaged us yourself.

Where and how long it is kept

The database sits on a server in Russia, as Russian law requires.

Requests are kept for no longer than three years from your last contact — long enough to pick the conversation back up if the trip was postponed. We delete them sooner on request.

How we protect it

The site runs over HTTPS, the database is not reachable from the internet, and the admin panel is behind a password with rate-limited login attempts.

The contents of requests are never written to server logs or sent to analytics systems.

Cookies and trackers

The site sets no cookies and uses no web analytics. We do not track how you move around the pages and build no profiles.

Your rights

You may ask what data we hold, have it corrected or deleted, stop the processing, or withdraw consent. Just write to us from the same contact you left — no documents needed.

If our answer does not satisfy you, you can complain to the Russian data protection authority or go to court.

Changes

The current revision is always published on this page. Last changed 2026-08-11, version v1. With every request we store the version you agreed to, so the terms cannot be changed retroactively.
